
Pascal Janssen is the founder of Just Deliver IT, a no-nonsense company that takes ownership and is committed to successful delivery of ‘mission impossible’ assignments. Besides he is the Founder of
www.justdeliverit.eu, a company who can offer you a team of experienced people, who know the Financial Services Industry, who know how to deliver, and also who know and trust each other.
In his 25+ year of
experiences it became clear to Pascal that the success of projects
was strongly dependent on the few professionals that really felt
responsible and took full ownership of the project. ‘Mission
impossible’ projects have been successfully delivered by taking real
ownership and the use of simple, honest and direct communications.
Therefore, Pascal started in 2014 his own company ‘Just Deliver
IT’, which is delivering successful ‘mission impossible’
assignments, like transforming a Dutch bank into a fully digital and
(from product to) customer-oriented bank: the biggest change for
that bank in 15 years.
Pascal is working in the international
IT industry since 1995. He had various positions in program-,
project-, sales- and line management, mainly in the area of
direct/digital/core banking, payment processing, insurance and the
field of accelerating customer engagements (Customer Data
Platforms).
He acted on various positions, for example as an
IT employee of a bank, as a consultant hired by the bank and as a
software vendor selling and delivering to the bank. This unique
combination of experiences enables him to adapt to circumstances and
to understand the forces in sales, delivery and change projects and
to anticipate on this.
He worked in (distributed) multi-cultural
teams for over 15 years, which gave him a good understanding in the
different required leadership styles and how to get the best out of
these teams to realize the requested changes.
Pascal is
experienced in translating the strategy into solutions and concrete
projects. In his 25+ years international background as a delivery
and change manager, he has faced various challenges at customers.
Therefore he first listens to understand the challenge, before
proposing the right solutions. By doing so, he creates long term
trusted relationships and achieved the required transformation.
Servant and creative leadership with end responsibility is key for
him. By working like this, he was able to realize the mission
impossible assignments together with his environment.
